Just into the second minute of match, Dware met a cross at halfline and charged down the left flank to open the scoring.
The match's fate looked sealed but the second half's story came with a twist. Egged on by state mates, Marian Hills Hr Sec School, Jowal, the Shillong boys hit back, resorting to a more physical version of the game, and equalised through a penalty in the 39th minute.
Ten minutes later, Dware struck again as Aibor Nonstdu failed to collect Prasenjit's shot and laid out an easy rebound for Dware to head home. Now, it was Bengal 'keeper Sudipta's turn to mess up things. As Samely Roy Phawa aimed for the goal from the halfline, Banerjee tried to be fancy and dropped the ball inside his own post.
With the game locked 2-2 at full time, Malik snatched the 'final' berth for the Bengal school in extra time. The agile teenager fired the ball from 43 yards. Beauty had won the day. Sagarbhanga now await the winner of the other semis on Friday between Rosary High School, Goa and No.1 Mizo Bn NCC (NER).
